Hi, I’m Terrie Benoist, a real estate agent with Local Realty Agency. While working full time in the legal field as a Legal Secretary supporting attorneys in municipal law and commercial real estate and litigation, I attended Collin County Community College and found my passion for real estate and completed my real estate sales agent license educational requirements. I’ve always loved real estate and enjoy helping people through the buying, selling or the renting process. I specialize in residential properties in Little Elm, Frisco, Aubrey and Prosper.
