BREAKDOWN OF SERVICES
Rental Marketing including the MLS and all mayor real estate websites. A sign, secure lockbox, social media ads and supervised tenant showings.
Online application, credit report, past landlord reference check, background report, employment verification and lease agreement.
Annual Home Warranty
We will be your point of contact on all home warranty call and appointments between home warranty and tenant.
We will send out a handyman for up to two hours, possibly in conjunction with the home inspection to cover repairs not included in the warranty.
Based on the the service you chose, we will send eviction notices. This includes the whole process of Writ of Possession and rekeying of the home.
Contracted to a third party, the inspection should be conducted midway through the lease. The home inspection report will outline the overall condition of house and is used to confirm that tenants are maintaining it in accordance with the lease agreement.
Move And Move Out Services
We handle the inventory condition form. We keep record of condition of home upon move in and move out. We deduct any repairs cause by tenant and keep home in great condition with updating you on regular landlord required maintenance.
